Our team has the skills, experience, tools, equipment and methodical processes for all sensitive or live environments and tight or limited access projects. Based on the site inspection and any plans you have provided along with the scope of works, we prepare a detailed and customised tender submission outlining the demolition plan, estimated timeline and itemised cost estimates tailored to your specific requirements in our Bill of Quantities utilising our estimating program.
We handle all necessary compliance requirements and obtain the required permits to ensure a smooth and legally compliant demolition process if required. We also provide you with a site specific Safe Work Methods Statement along with our insurances and accreditations.
