Sustainable demolition is the way of the future. As such, BXD Projects prides itself on employing less-destructive methods of demolition to aid in the repurposing of building materials. At BXD Projects we practise ‘deconstruction’, which is the careful dismantling of building materials for the recovery of both reusable materials and components, and also ensures the preservation of historical or architectural elements.

By recycling and reusing these materials we can reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and also reduce the need for new resources. We facilitate effective planning and implementation of sustainable practices by developing a comprehensive plan for the demolition process that considers environmental impacts, safety concerns and the recovery of resources.

This includes the environmentally-friendly disposal of waste such as recycling and the compliant disposal of hazardous waste. Our commitment to social responsibility includes working closely with relevant stakeholders including local communities to ensure their understanding of the demolition process and to address any concerns or issues.

As a conscientious demolition company, we recognise the crucial role of environmental sustainability in mitigating the impact of our operations. In the course of our work, we often come across a substantial volume of discarded office furniture, including white goods and electrical items like TVs.
