A significant strip-out project at 20 Illawong Avenue, Tamarama, consisting of over 30 residential units. The aim of the project was to transform these units into the highly sought-after and iconic Skye Suites. Our team efficiently executed the soft strip, which involved the meticulous removal of fittings, fixtures, cabinetry/joinery, kitchen equipment, bathrooms, ceilings, and floorings. Additionally, we undertook a comprehensive hard strip-out, including precise concrete cutting along over 700 linear metres of solid brick walls, followed by their demolition and removal. To streamline the waste management process, we employed our innovative custom-made steel rubble bins, which were conveniently transported via an alimak to street level. From there, our dedicated tipper trucks ensured proper disposal and recycling of all waste materials.
