This was a comprehensive demolition and site disposal project at Level 6, 44 Market Street, Sydney. The scope involved the removal and disposal of various elements within the premises. This included the careful extraction of floor tiles, removal of waterproofing and bedding, and floor grinding for surface preparation. Walls, wall linings, and tiles, as well as ledges, toilet/shower cubicles, doors, frames, ceiling grids, vinyl tiles, and bulkheads, were all systematically demolished and properly disposed of. Additionally, redundant services, cleaner's cupboard doors, vanity mirrors, toilet suites, urinals, basins, taps, and other fixtures were dismantled and responsibly disposed of. We prioritised safety and sustainability, ensuring the environmentally sound disposal of all waste materials and trade rubbish. Our commitment to professionalism and sustainability was upheld throughout the project.
