A very comprehensive demolition and disposal project at Level 5, 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney. The scope of work included removing and disposing of existing carpet, vinyl, and underlay throughout the tenancy, as well as demolishing and disposing of FOH glass walls, a portion of the IT walls, internal plasterboard, internal glass walls, egress doors, internal doors, operable walls, and kitchen joinery. Floor grinding was conducted after removing all existing floor coverings. The project also involved the disposal of ceiling grid and tiles, ceiling mount TV brackets, power poles, lights, utilities joinery and storage, workstations, tambours, and tables. Redundant services were disposed of, and furniture packaging was removed and disposed of during furniture delivery. Safety measures were prioritised throughout the project.
