A high-risk project at Northbridge Plaza, located at 79-113 Sailors Bay Road, Northbridge. The nature of the work involved working on the roof to dismantle and dispose of the architectural towers. Our experienced team diligently executed the task, ensuring the highest level of safety protocols were followed throughout the project. We carefully detached and removed knee bracing, dismantled the tower subframe in a top-down manner, and removed cladding and connections with precision. All dismantled components were safely carted away to licensed recycling and tipping facilities.
