SCOPE
De-fit & Make Good
We successfully completed a comprehensive Make Good project for Zoo Clothing at Macquarie Shopping Centre, demonstrating our expertise in transforming retail spaces efficiently and effectively. This undertaking involved the meticulous removal of various elements within the tenancy, preparing the site for its next chapter. Our scope of work included the disconnection and making good of electrical services to ensure a safe and compliant environment. We removed and disposed of the existing tile flooring, followed by extensive floor grinding to prepare the surface for future use.
The project also involved the careful removal of the shopfront, which included glazing, an operable door, and signage, alongside the demolition of partition walls and wall cladding within the tenancy. We expertly handled the disposal of vinyl-covered MDF boards and fit-out joinery, including the counter, storage, and base platforms, ensuring a thorough and efficient de-fit process. Additionally, our team removed the high ceiling and bulkhead, allowing for a more open space, and made good the plasterboard intertenancy walls to restore the area to its original condition.
This project at Macquarie Shopping Centre showcases our commitment to delivering quality de-fit services while ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding retailers. We take pride in our ability to manage complex projects with precision and care, reinforcing our reputation as leaders in the retail Make Good sector.
