BXD completed a retail strip-out at Castle Hill HomeCo for RH Gillard & Sons, preparing the space for its next phase. We removed all internal walls, cages, and fixtures, dismantled two external walls and the Armco barrier, and left the area clean for new car park line marking. Temporary fencing was installed for safety during external demolition, with all noisy work scheduled from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This efficient process ensured a smooth transition for future enhancements at this key retail destination.
