Multi-Level Amenities Strip Out

George Place, at 363 George Street, is an architectural gem in Sydney’s vibrant heart, blending captivating artwork with modern, flexible spaces. In collaboration with McCormack, our team executed a comprehensive strip-out of amenities across nine floors to prepare the building for a staged refresh in a live working environment. We worked in phases—removing two levels every four days—to minimize disruption while meeting a rigorous schedule. We are proud to contribute to the evolution of this iconic structure, honoring its design and its role in fostering a dynamic community.
