Office & Lobby Strip Out

Project One recently awarded our team with a project to conduct the comprehensive strip-out of the office and lobby areas at Level 3, 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont. This demolition project included the meticulous removal of various floor finishes, ceiling tiles, wall partitions, and other interior elements to pave the way for a new, modern fit-out. Key tasks involved dismantling existing carpets, vinyl flooring, ceiling tiles, and several wall partitions, along with the safe removal and relocation of doors, kitchen joinery, workstations, pendant lights, and other fixtures. Our team ensured all debris was cleared, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the process.

In the lift lobby, the demolition scope included removing the existing carpet, floor grinding to achieve a matte finish, and stripping away the cladding. Track lighting was also removed as part of the renovation. To minimise disruption, all noisy operations were conducted outside business hours, with existing stainless lift cars remaining intact. Our commitment to professionalism and efficiency ensured that the space was ready for its next phase of development per the planned time and budget milestones.
