Partial De-fit & Make Good and Lobby Upgrade

At 50 Pitt Street, Project One entrusted us with a multi-level partial strip-out. On Level 1, we refreshed the entry and lobby by removing side entry doors, recessed and lobby walls—while protecting the flooring. On Level 8, we dismantled carpet and vinyl flooring, joinery, double entry doors, plasterboard, glass partitions, kitchen appliances, and various electronics. Our precise execution transformed the space in line with Project One's vision.
