Commercial De-fit & Make Good

In the heart of Barangaroo, our team completed a two-level de-fit and make-good for the David Jones tenancy, spanning over 1,200 sqm. We returned the space to its original cold shell and removed a 50mm topping slab to meet the requirements of the incoming retail tenant, using heavy industrial machinery and tailored methodologies to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

David Jones Barangaroo exemplifies modern retail architecture with sleek design and expansive glass façades that frame stunning waterfront views. Barangaroo itself is a landmark of sustainability and urban renewal, blending commercial spaces with public parks and waterfront access.

This project not only showcased our ability to meet the precise needs of a major retail tenant but also reinforced our commitment to preserving the architectural integrity of this significant building in Sydney's evolving landscape.
