Commercial Defit & Make Good
In the heart of affluent Barangaroo, our team was engaged to complete a two-level de-fit and make good of the David Jones tenancy, spanning over 1200 sqm. This project involved returning the space to its original cold shell and removing the topping slab by 50mm, as required by the incoming major retail tenant. Utilising heavy industrial machinery and site-specific methodologies, we ensured the work was carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
