Office De-fit & Make Good

Our team recently completed an extensive office strip-out and concrete chasing at Suite 16.01, Level 16, 6 O'Connell Street, Sydney, for ATG Projects. Impressively, we finished the project in half the allocated time frame, demonstrating our efficiency and commitment to excellence. The project entailed a thorough removal and disposal of various elements within the office space, ensuring a clean and ready environment for the next phase of development.

Key tasks included dismantling and disposing of ceiling grids and tiles, carpet tiles, and tiled floors in the kitchen and reception areas. We also removed glass and plasterboard partitions, doors, and tiles on partition walls in the reception area. Additionally, the project involved the elimination of joinery such as the reception desk, workstations, loose furniture, the entire kitchen, and redundant services. The final step was a slab clean in the central office area as specified in the plans. Our professional approach resulted in a pristine space and set the standard for future enhancements by ATG Projects.
