Amenities Upgrade & Balcony Works

BXD played a key role in upgrading Centrelink’s office amenities in Redfern by managing the demolition phase in a live workspace. We executed the project in stages to minimize disruption: initially, we stripped out floor and wall tiles and removed all fixtures, furniture, and equipment on the ground and first floors, providing a clean slate for modern upgrades. We then extended our work to the balconies, removing external floor tiles and dismantling the BBQ area. Our methodical, efficient approach ensured Centrelink’s daily operations continued seamlessly while setting the stage for a contemporary transformation.
