SCOPE

Office De-fit & Make Good

BXD successfully performed the completion of a significant project within "The Barrington," a distinguished building situated in the heart of Parramatta. Our scope of work involved the removal of existing glass partitions and plasterboard partitions on level 4, coupled with the disassembly of joinery and the responsible disposal of furniture through recycling initiatives. In addition to these tasks, BXD seamlessly executed the demolition of tenant-installed data and power systems, inclusive of cabling and outlets. The complexity of the project required a comprehensive approach, and our team demonstrated efficiency and expertise throughout the entire process. During the period when the client awaited CDC approval, BXD proactively engaged in soft strip activities and diligently implemented floor protection measures, as per the client's specifications. This strategic approach allowed us to gain a head start on the schedule, ensuring a smooth transition into the subsequent hard demolition phase. We prioritised effective communication and collaboration with our client, working closely to guarantee the project's completion at a standard that exceeded expectations. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction underscored every aspect of our work, reinforcing our reputation for delivering excellence in construction and demolition projects.
