Amenities & Lift Lobby Upgrade

At the heart of Sydney's bustling CBD, 60 Castlereagh stands as an architectural gem, strategically positioned within the business, retail, and leisure hub of the Sydney CBD. BXD was awarded this comprehensive project to enhance various spaces within the building. The scope of work included tasks such as the removal and disposal of existing floor tiles, sand and cement bedding, and subsequent floor grinding in the lift lobby. Additionally, the project involved the demolition and removal of wall partitions, skirting, lift indicators, and AED equipment, thoughtfully stored for future use. The project extended to include the removal and disposal of floor and wall tiles, ceiling tiles, vanity mirrors, toilet suites, basins, bottle traps, taps, and a variety of wall-mounted fixtures in the male, female, and DDA bathrooms. Throughout the entirety of the project, there was a dedicated focus on trade rubbish removal, prioritising the maintenance of a clean and maintaining an efficient working environment. As 60 Castlereagh underwent this transformative process, it reinforced its status as a sophisticated and adaptive hub within Sydney's vibrant cityscape.
