Our team was recently  engaged to deliver extensive interior strip-out works across multiple floors at 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. The project spanned Levels 9, 13, 14, and 22, focusing on preparing the tenancies for future refurbishment and fitout. Our scope of work included the careful removal of existing partitions, plasterboard ceilings, glazing, floor finishes, loose furniture, and joinery - totaling over 3,600 square meters of cleared space. Key finishes were retained in line with client instructions to support a smooth transition into the next construction phase.

Delivered in a live and highly sensitive commercial environment, our team operated around existing tenants across multiple floors. To meet a tight program and minimise disruption, we implemented a dual-shift strategy with coordinated day and night teams working seamlessly to achieve all milestones within the allocated timeframe. This successful outcome demonstrates our capability to execute high-volume, multi-level strip-out works in complex, occupied settings, efficiently, safely, and within a tight program.
