BXD Projects was engaged to deliver a full-floor strip-out across Suites 1, 2, and 3 at Level 31, 25 Martin Place. Our scope included the meticulous removal and disposal of all floor coverings, partitions (plasterboard and glass), internal doors, joinery, ceilings, and redundant services. We also carried out targeted demolition in lift lobbies, service corridors, and bathrooms, ensuring every element was cleared back to base building condition.

This project emphasised sustainability, with over 90% of waste directed to recycling facilities and detailed waste reporting provided as part of our handover documentation. All works were performed outside business hours to minimise disruption and included comprehensive site clean-up and waste removal.
