EOT, Lobby and Bathroom Demolition

Our team completed a comprehensive demolition project at Lobby 92 Pitt Street, Sydney, involving the strip-out of key areas to prepare for future developments. The project scope included the meticulous demolition of masonry brick walls in the lower basement and the removal of all floor and wall finishes, as well as ceilings throughout the ground floor lobby and amenity area. Our team also removed fixtures and fittings from the amenity area, transforming the space for modern use. A highlight of the ground floor was the striking underlay of 20mm granite floor finishes, which added a unique element to the project.

Given the building's central location and the need to maintain a professional environment, we executed all work outside of standard operating hours. Our close coordination with building management ensured minimal disruption to other tenants, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and precision. This project not only revitalised Lobby 92 but also underscored our expertise in managing complex demolitions in busy urban settings, reinforcing our position as industry leaders.
