We are proud to have completed multiple demolition and make-good works at the Broadway Shopping Centre, a heritage-listed site that beautifully blends modern retail with its historical significance. Our projects included renovations for various tenancies, such as Shepherds Cafe, QBD, Nikku, Politix, NAB and Costi Seafood. The scope of work involved careful demolition of interior spaces, including the removal of non-structural walls, fixtures, and fittings, while preserving the integrity of the building's heritage features. We executed make-good works to restore these spaces for new occupants, ensuring that all modifications complied with the shopping centre's guidelines for heritage conservation.
