Level 7 Defit

Our team completed a focused demolition project for McCormack on Level 7 of a prominent city building. We de-fit the lift lobby, removing floor tiles and adhesive, ceiling tiles, and demolishing the tea point’s glazed frame and glass, while preserving the tiles in the amenities corridor. To minimize disruption, work was primarily conducted after hours and on weekends. Our efficient waste management process ensured all debris was removed and recycled appropriately. This project laid the groundwork for future enhancements, improving the overall functionality and appearance of the mid-century modern space.
