Industrial De-fit and Make Good 

We recently completed a de-fit and make-good project at S1, 391 Park Road, Regents Park for GC Built, returning an industrial space to its original cold shell condition. Our work involved stripping out ceilings, walls, flooring, workstations, and removing non-friable asbestos from old vinyl tiles. We also cleared out previous tenants' fixtures—including fencing, bollards, barriers, and floor markings—to restore the warehouse to its original state. The project was executed with a focus on safety and efficiency, minimizing disruption and showcasing our expertise in large-scale de-fit operations while preserving the building's architectural integrity.
