Our team recently completed a challenging multi-level bathroom strip-out at 1 Martin Place, Sydney, in collaboration with Renascent. The project, spanning Levels 22, 23, and 24 within a live hotel environment, required meticulous planning to work within short two-hour "noisy" windows and accommodate ongoing operations. 1 Martin Place, a modernist icon with a sleek glass façade, serves as a vital hub for business and hospitality in Sydney. Despite the constraints, our precision and adaptability ensured a seamless strip-out, underscoring our commitment to delivering exceptional results with minimal disruption.
