Partial Office De-Fit & Make Good

Our demolition team successfully completed the office de-fit at Level 4, 10 Shelley Street for McCormack. The project involved removing 270 sqm of glass and plasterboard partition walls, 66 linear metres of metal framing, and 56 pieces of furniture—40% of the existing inventory—all executed outside of normal hours to minimize disruption.

Located in the vibrant Barangaroo precinct, 10 Shelley Street embodies modern, sustainable design with an emphasis on natural light and energy efficiency.
