Embarking on a challenging endeavour, our team recently tackled a multi-level project at 1 Martin Place, Sydney, in collaboration with our esteemed client, Renecent. The scope was a multiple bathroom strip-out package across Levels 22, 23, and 24, within a live environment brimming with hotel operations and functions.

Navigating through the complexities of the job, we meticulously planned each phase, considering the limited work times dictated by the bustling hotel hours and ongoing events within the complex. With these constraints in mind, our team adeptly managed small windows of 'noisy hour' works, meticulously confined to 2-hour blocks to minimise disruption.

Executing within such a dynamic environment required precision, adaptability, and a keen understanding of the client's needs. Our commitment to excellence ensured that each bathroom strip-out was completed seamlessly, despite the challenges posed by the live environment.
