Partial Office De-Fit & Make Good
Our demolition team successfully completed the office de-fit works at Level 4, 10 Shelley Street, Sydney. The scope included the removal and disposal of 270 sqm of glass and plasterboard partition walls, 66 linear metres of metal framing walls, and 40% of the existing furniture, totaling 56 items. All work was conducted outside of normal hours to minimise disruption, ensuring a smooth and efficient project completion.
