Engaged by Growthbuilt for Rydges Siah Hotel in Mascot, our team delivered a targeted demolition and refurbishment package across multiple key areas. In the Level 02 Meeting Room, we removed and disposed of existing flooring and set ceilings, executed precise wall modifications to create new door openings, and provided expert floor grinding. Meanwhile, in the Level 08 Guest Rooms, we meticulously dismantled outdated floor finishes, ceilings, partitions, and single doors, and upgraded bathroom areas by removing old tile flooring, set ceilings, wall tiles, and essential fixtures, including vanities, toilets, shower sets, and tubs. We also managed the careful relocation and storage of furniture and joinery, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum care throughout the process. This project underscores our commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency in delivering seamless refurbishment solutions in a live hospitality environment.
