At Redlands NLH, we delivered a comprehensive demolition and construction package for the amenities upgrade. Our scope included the careful removal and disposal of floor tiles and tile beds in the shower area, with detailed edge cutting for new trim installation, as well as the removal of a 450mm grabrail, wall tiles (including challenging box-out sections), low line cupboard units, and existing robe hooks. We also managed the relocation of existing lockers within the school, the demolition of a stud riser at the corridor entry, and the removal of outdated ceiling finishes in corridors and new WC areas. All works were executed with precision and care, ensuring minimal disruption and responsible waste management throughout the project.
