BXD Projects managed the demolition and refurbishment of L29 GPT, 1 Farrer Place. To minimize disruption to this high-profile corporate environment, all works were meticulously scheduled out of hours, with strict floor protection and thorough rubbish removal. Our scope included the removal and disposal of multiple glass doors and partitions, as well as 23sqm of existing floor tiles and bedding from the reception area. The floor was then ground to a smooth finish. The existing ceiling, wall finishes, and loose furniture were all carefully preserved, demonstrating our commitment to delivering quality results with precision and minimal disruption.
