Our team were engaged to complete some refurbishment works at 1 Distribution Place, Seven Hills, for our client GC Built. We successfully removed and relocated a heavy-duty roller door, dismantled and disposed of an existing support beam, and cleared out a sizable 8.3m long by 320m thick concrete block. In addition, we installed 6.2m props to ensure the structural stability of the remaining framework. This challenging industrial demolition was executed with precision, safety, and efficiency, reinforcing our commitment to high-quality workmanship on every project.
