SCOPE

Full Stripout and Suspended Slab Demolition

Our team recently undertook an extensive renovation at Kiama Leagues Club, located about two hours from our Sydney. Operating in a live environment, with staff and patrons on-site, we delivered significant structural and aesthetic improvements. 

Our scope included removing floor finishes, ceilings, stairs, plasterboard, and brick walls to create a more open and inviting space. We also demolished the roof slab and beams to allow for a fresh design approach, using a crane to streamline operations. During the project, our trained professionals safely removed asbestos in full compliance with safety regulations, protecting both workers and visitors. A standout feature of the renovation is the creation of a skylight opening, designed to flood the space with natural light and enhance the club’s welcoming atmosphere. 

Our works also included demolishing the reception area and 150 square metres of flooring, contributing to a total project area of 470 square metres. Our team remained committed to executing every phase safely, efficiently, and on schedule, transforming Kiama Leagues Club into a modern, functional space for the community.
