We recently completed a comprehensive amenities upgrade at Delany College, which included a full bathroom strip-out and a ground floor slab demolition across a 44 sqm area. Delany College, renowned for its dedication to creating an enriching educational environment, aimed to modernise its facilities to better serve students and staff. Our team meticulously removed outdated bathroom fixtures and demolished the ground floor slab to pave the way for a contemporary redesign that aligns with the college’s vision for improved functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the project, we prioritized safety and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
