Chifley Tower stands as an iconic structure that graces the Sydney skyline, proudly occupying one of the elevated vantage points within the central business district. Recognised not only for its impressive architectural stature but also for its esteemed status, the tower represents a symbol of prestige within the city. In a recent project undertaken by BXD, we completed a comprehensive and multi-level bathroom demolition within Chifley Tower. The project aimed at facilitating a significant upgrade to the existing facilities, aligning with the tower's commitment to maintaining a standard of excellence.Our scope of work included the removal and disposal of toilets/urinals, basins, mirrors, and associated fixtures. Along with demolishing the existing ceiling and floor finishes, take down existing wall finishes, WC fixtures, and non-load-bearing toilet partitions, along with amenity entry doors and lighting. In conclusion, the completion of this multi-level bathroom demolition by BXD within Chifley Tower represents a testament to our dedication to excellence and the pivotal role in enhancing the infrastructure of prestigious landmarks.
