At Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre, our team carried out comprehensive demolition, labour, and rubbish removal works across a range of projects. We efficiently cleared and prepped retail spaces for renowned brands including Connor, Pet Stock, Eye Contact, and Mimco. Additionally, we completed Stage 1 of the Centre Management office strip-out on Level 5, covering Suites 507, 504, and 508, to facilitate defits that allow new tenants to fit out the spaces to suit their individual store requirements. Each project was executed with precision and care to ensure minimal disruption while setting the stage for a refreshed, modern environment.
