For our client Hunter Mason at 77 Castlereagh St, we delivered a specialized concrete plinths installation project. The scope included constructing 150mm-high plinths in three distinct sizes: a large 6300x900mm, a 900x900mm unit, and a 3000x600mm section. Our expert team supplied and installed formwork using LVL and brackets fixed to the existing slab, with careful attention to waterproofing integrity—details to be patched by the builder post-installation. Additionally, we meticulously installed approximately 150 bags of 40MPa concrete mix, N12 reinforcement bars per engineer's specifications using chemset, and SL92 mesh, before efficiently stripping and removing the formwork. This project underscores our commitment to precision engineering and high-quality construction solutions.
