A focus on the office areas, bathrooms, and warehouse internals. We removed and disposed of existing vinyl flooring, ceiling tiles, furniture, fixtures, tenant signage, and white goods. We also took care of rubbish removal and disposed of all tenant chattels. In the warehouse, we removed temporary structures, racking systems, cages, fencing, and tenant-installed equipment. Additionally, removed loose furniture, ceiling tiles, blinds, signage, and appliances from warehouse offices, locker rooms, and lunchrooms. We handled the removal of temporary structures, wire mesh fencing, bollards, signage, and garden elements in the breezeway and externals and finally performed cleaning, painting, and rubbish removal while ensuring the removal and disposal of various items and debris.
