2 Ralph Street is a prominent commercial laundry and linen hire company specialising in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry. As this business operates on a 24/7 basis, it was essential for our team to work efficiently and delicately in such a sensitive environment and to minimise disruption as much as possible. BXD was instructed to complete the scope of works in two stages, the two-level office area, followed by the demolition of the mezzanine floor located within the industrial warehouse space. The scope of work included the removal and disposal of various elements including ceilings, flooring, partition walls, doors, furniture, various fixtures and fittings. Our team implemented site specific systems and processes to ensure minimal disruption to the business’ operation to ensure a smooth execution and delivery.
