Our team successfully completed the retail strip-out at Castle Hill HomeCo for RH Gillard & Sons, ensuring the space is primed for its next phase of development. The project involved the removal and disposal of all internal walls, cages, and fixtures, leaving the area clean and ready for new carpark line marking. Additionally, we dismantled two external walls, making good the remaining surfaces, and removed the Armco barrier, ensuring the site was thoroughly prepared.

To maintain safety and compliance, temporary fencing with fabric mesh was installed prior to the demolition of the external walls and remained for the project's duration. All personnel completed a mandatory online induction to adhere to safety protocols, and noisy works were scheduled between 5:30 PM and 7:00 AM to minimize disruption. This meticulous approach ensured a smooth and efficient demolition process, setting the stage for future enhancements at Castle Hill HomeCo.
