SCOPE
Remedial Demolition Works
Our scope of work involved demolishing 600 square metres of tiles and bedding in two outdoor courtyard areas, as well as floor grinding the existing waterproofing. To carry out the demolition, we utilised an excavator equipped with a rock breaker attachment, which required careful manoeuvring inside the nursing home to access the courtyards. The generated waste was efficiently loaded into 660L wheelie bins and manually transported through the live nursing home to a skip bin. Given the highly sensitive and live environment, BXD Projects rigorously planned and executed the logistics and safety measures, ensuring the well-being of the tenants and stakeholders remained unaffected by the demolition works.
