Project One

SCOPE

Partial De-fit & Make Good and Lobby Upgrade

At 50 Pitt Street in Sydney, Project One entrusted us with a task of precision: a partial strip out across multiple levels. With meticulous planning and expertise, we embarked on a journey to transform the space, one level at a time.

On Level 1, our focus was on rejuvenating the entry and lobby areas. This involved the removal and disposal of existing side entry doors, recessed walls, and lobby walls, clearing the path for a refreshed ambiance. Additionally, we ensured the protection of the flooring to maintain its integrity during the process.

Ascending to Level 8, our comprehensive strip-out encompassed various components. From removing carpet floor finishes to dismantling vinyl flooring in the kitchen, we left no surface untouched. Joinery, double entry doors, plasterboard, glass partitions, and even the kitchen appliances were carefully disassembled and disposed of, ensuring a clean slate for future endeavours.

Furthermore, loose furniture, electronics like projectors, screens, and TVs were responsibly removed, paving the way for a blank canvas of possibilities.

With each task executed with precision and care, our team at 50 Pitt Street delivered a transformative strip-out, aligning seamlessly with Project One's vision for the space
