The tasks at hand involved the removal and disposal of ceiling tile and grid, handling the disposal of redundant services provided by others, and managing the removal and disposal of various elements such as carpet, vinyl, plasterboard walls, glass partitions, doors, loose furniture, large loose furniture (comprising whiteboards, wall art, planters, and pot plants), workstations, and joinery. Notably, we achieved project completion within two days instead of the initially budgeted four days. This accelerated timeline was a deliberate effort to ensure our client's ahead-of-schedule status, safeguarding against disruptions during the Christmas break.
