259 George stands out with its impressive concrete and glass facade, serving as the residence for globally renowned enterprises and offering a distinctive office environment. Given the prestigious names housed within this building, our work here demanded the highest of standards. Our tasks included the removal and disposal of ceiling tile and grid, and handling the disposal of redundant services provided by others. We also managed the removal and disposal of various elements such as carpet, vinyl, plasterboard walls, glass partitions, doors, loose furniture, large loose furniture (comprising whiteboards, wall art, planters, and pot plants), workstations, and joinery. We achieved project completion within two days, well ahead of the planned four days, initially budgeted for. This accelerated timeline was achieved via a concerted effort to meet our client's ahead-of-schedule status, thereby safeguarding against disruptions during the Christmas break.
