Office De-fit & Lobby Upgrade

At 175 Pitt Street, our team completed a targeted small-works project at 175P L21 - NTI, transforming the ground floor space through strategic demolition. We removed a 38.09 sqm block wall and installed floor and wall protection over 590 sqm to safeguard the area. We also demolished outdated glass doors, removed 30% of the existing ceiling grid in the office, and provided thorough rubbish removal. Using specialised equipment and working outside regular hours, we minimized disruption and prepared the space for new exposed ceilings, delivering exceptional results to the client.
